  • ORDER STATUS

  • Where is my order?

    Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the respective courier’s website. Also, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of clik2buy.com.

    Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in the order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

    Note: Shipping Timeframe depends on your location

  • How can I change or cancel my Order?

    Please contact the Clik2buy CS Team at 04-2257556 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel. Also you can send us an email at info@clik2buy.com

  • What can cause my order to be delayed?

    The following condition may cause delay in shipping of your order,

    1. If the billing information you provided does not match with what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number)

    2. If the shipping address is incomplete or is other than your billing address.

  • What does it mean by 2-3 Business Days?

    Business days means official working days which excludes Friday in a week and official private sector holidays granted by the government of UAE. For local orders within UAE, your delivery day will fall into one of these categories:

  • How can I track my order?

  • What are the Delivery charges?

    Delivery Charges are quoted at checkout depending on the order weight and your location.

  • RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

  • I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from clik2buy.com you can return your item(s)* for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

    Should your return fall under the above criteria; You can simply call us or send us an email with your Order Number stating the reason for return; an RMA will generated with a Pre-paid Shipping AWB.

    You will receive the pre-paid AWB via email, Just print the shipping AWB and pack the item(s) to be returned in as received condition and give it to the shipper once they arrive.

    *Note: Items purchased in Sale, clearance or any other bundle offers are not eligible to warranty or returns unless otherwise specified.

  • Which items cannot be returned?

    Clik2buy.com offers a 30 days return policy for most items, unless there is a problem with their quality. However there are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

    • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
    • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
    • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
    • Defective products that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
    • Any consumable item that has been used or installed
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
    • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
    • Made-to-order / custom jewellery, customs cases, etc
    • Fragile items, hygiene related items
    • Games & Software Products
    • Clearance & Warehouse Deals or Items on Sale

  • How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-15 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  • How can I claim warranty on my product?

    Clik2buy.com offers a 30 days return policy for most items, unless there is a problem with their quality. Apart from this some products carry extended warranties subject to mention on individual listing.

    You can contact our customer support at info@clik2buy.com in case you want to raise a dispute. You are required to provide the respective Order ID details to open a claim.
